Due to the nature of digital content, all course purchases are final and non-refundable once you have enrolled and accessed the course materials. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Once your enrollment is confirmed and you gain access to the course content, cancellations will not be permitted. This policy ensures the integrity of our course offerings and prevents misuse.
Refunds or cancellations may only be considered in the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same course, please contact us at shortsparks001@gmail.com with proof of payment, and we will resolve the issue.
Technical Issues: If you face a technical problem preventing access to the course and our team is unable to resolve it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Refund Eligibility: We are committed to delivering high-quality content to our learners.
To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:
(a) Refund Request Period: You may request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days.
(b) Content Consumption Limit: If you have watched more than two video lessons of course content or accessed content beyond the first three (3) days of the course, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, please send an email to shortsparks001@gmail.com with your purchase details, including the order number and reason for the request.
Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days upon approval and credited back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
The request is made after the seven (7) day refund period.
More than two (2) hours of the course content has been accessed.
The first three (3) days of the course have been viewed.
Any attempts to abuse the refund policy, such as excessive refund requests or misuse of the content, are detected.
